Abstract The main motive of this paper is to study the social media effectiveness on the number of customers who follow social media pages of the company and get influenced by various advertising techniques used digitally. To learn how a consumer buying behavior gets influenced for buying a service, by branding, advertisement and various promotion techniques using various social media platforms.
The study of social media marketing on entrepreneur and consumer behavior and to find out various opportunities available in Digital Marketing. The study will help to get an insight into the field of Social Media Marketing (SMM).
