A Comparative Study of College Management Practices in China and Bangladesh

Abstract	The fundamental disparities between college administration procedures in China and Bangladesh will be thoroughly compared and analyzed in this thesis paper. The study looks into a number of things, such as institutional culture, curricular design, faculty-student connections, and governance and administration systems. The research advances knowledge of the distinctive opportunities and difficulties in college management in both nations by evaluating these characteristics. The results of this study have significance for enhancing college administration procedures, encouraging global partnerships, and informing educational policy choices.
