The Impact of Transformational Leadership Styles and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance: Systematic Literature View

Abstract The research using the concept of Systematic Literature Review aims to find out the results of research from previous literature on the impact of Transformational Leadership Styles and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance. There were 32 kinds of literature found and subsequently selected using the Prisma method. The data collection uses the PICO method by using 2 sources to find literature, namely Google Scholar and the Garuda Portal. There are 32 kinds of literature that can be used according to the required standards. The results of this study found that 15 data had a dominant influence and 16 data had a non-dominant positive influence. There were 5 data that had significant negative results, and there were 13 journals that used other variables as mediating variables.
