Soft skills have various benefits in all aspects (Personal. Professional & Academic ectetra ). In this paper we will look on the most demanding and important soft skills at workplaces and how are they interrelated. This study will be helpful for all the soft skill training at college and school level to improvise the fresher recruitment efficiency and reduce training & skill gaps.
