Abstract	This research article delves into the intrinsic connection between the Preamble of the Constitution of India and the fundamental right to freedom of speech and expression. The Preamble, often regarded as the soul of the Constitution, lays down the guiding principles that form the bedrock of the Indian legal system. One of these foundational principles is the assurance of freedom of speech and expression, a cornerstone of democracy. This article explores the historical context, judicial interpretations, and contemporary relevance of the Preamble in ensuring and protecting the cherished right to freedom of speech and expression in India and comparison with UK and US in Brief.
