Abstract | The growth of technology in fintech has been transformative, reshaping how financial services are delivered and consumed. The need for innovation with faster time to market has led to the need for adoption of scaled agile models. This paper explores the implementation of the Spotify model within financial IT systems, examining how its principles of agility, autonomy, and collaboration can enhance innovation and responsiveness in the FinTech sector. It highlights the benefits and challenges of this approach and provides a roadmap for financial institutions looking to adopt this model. |
