This paper explores the implementation of the Spotify model within financial IT systems, examining how its principles of agility, autonomy, and collaboration can enhance innovation and responsiveness in the FinTech sector. It highlights the benefits and challenges of this approach and provides a roadmap for financial institutions looking to adopt this model.
