Abstract The most critical tasks in the whole process involve ensuring project stability and success right after the go-live event during the hypercare phase. It is in this context that this paper tries to discuss the importance of pre-live training and support, knowledge bases, and clearly outlined SLAs for each of the various priority categories, attempting to underline an articulated process.
