Abstract | In recent years, the digital transformation landscape has evolved at an unparalleled rate, with ServiceNow emerging as a critical platform in changing organizational workflow management. This thesis provides a thorough examination of ServiceNow's Enterprise Workflow capabilities and their revolutionary influence on organizational procedures, efficiency, and digital maturity. This study creates new frameworks for understanding and implementing enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives by doing thorough research and analysis on implementation strategies, case studies, and empirical data. The study shows how ServiceNow's innovative approach to workflow automation, combined with its robust integration capabilities and intelligent process optimization, allows organizations to achieve unprecedented levels of operational excellence while remaining adaptable in an increasingly dynamic business environment |
