Abstract	This study undertakes a comprehensive review of literature to examine the challenges encountered by Human Resources (HR) professionals in integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into their practices. The research employs a systematic approach, analyzing key papers published within a specified timeframe to identify recurring themes related to technology adoption, talent acquisition, employee development, and ethical considerations. The critical analysis reveals a spectrum of strategies proposed in the literature to navigate the challenges associated with AI integration. Findings showcase the potential benefits of AI, such as increased efficiency, while acknowledging concerns related to biases and ethical dilemmas. The synthesis of insights provides a cohesive narrative, offering actionable recommendations for HR professionals.
