Abstract	This is a single institutional study of stage 3 and 4 epithelial ovarian cancer treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy, paclitaxel and carboplatin during 2018- 2020 and underwent interval cytoreduction and was done to evaluate the pathological response in patients treated with neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) for unresectable advanced-stage ovarian cancer
