Abstract | This study looks into the “Relationship between social media usage and perceived stress among young adults.” Social media has become an integral part of the lives of young adults, with a significant impact on their daily interactions and social connections. While social media platforms offer numerous benefits, including communication, information sharing, and entertainment, excessive use has been linked to various negative consequences, including increased perceived stress. This study explores the relationship between social media usage and perceived stress among young adults Using the Perceived Stress Scale (1983), Social Media Usage Scale (2022), data were collected from 206 participants (woman=34, male= 172) aged between 18 to 25years, The findings suggest a no significant correlation between’ perceived stress & social media usage among young adults |
