Abstract | This research paper addresses the evolving landscape of cybercrime in India, focusing on the annual percentage change over the period 2020 to 2022. In response to the escalating threats in the digital realm, the study investigates the influence of population density (Per lakh Population) and temporal factors on the observed cybercrime trends. Leveraging a comprehensive dataset, the research aims to provide nuanced insights crucial for developing effective countermeasures and enhancing cybersecurity strategies in the Indian context. |
