Abstract The study sought to investigate the effect of leadership styles practiced in an organization and their effect on employee performance. They will struggle as leaders if they don’t have enough experience, making management decisions, supervising staff and have poor administration in handing human resources. The Latent Variable Confirmatory Factor Analysis Modelling is applied, and it is analyzed Jack Welch’s leadership approach is remediable.
