Abstract | The diet plays a significant role in maintaining healthy skin and hair. Skin Health depends upon our diet supplements. Vitamins A, C, and E, along with minerals like selenium and zinc, helps protect the skin from damage caused by free radicals, promoting healthy skin and preventing signs of aging.Omega-3 Fatty Acids Found in fatty fish, flaxseeds, and walnuts, these fatty acids maintain the skin's lipid barrier, preventing dehydration and enhancing skin elasticity. Vitamin C Essential for collagen synthesis. It helps maintain skin elasticity and prevents sagging. Protein intake is crucial for building and repairing skin tissues, ensuring healthy skin. Collagen is a protein that strengthens skin, hair, and nails. Collagen production is dependent on nutrients like vitamin C, copper, lysine, and silicon. |
