Author(s) Subin Jimmy

Abstract Human rights and ethics are essential to healthcare, particularly for those working in the nursing profession. The rights and well-being of patients are greatly affected by the activities of nurses, who are at the forefront of patient care. This article examines the relationship between the nursing code of ethics and human rights from the viewpoints of patients and nurses. Through an examination of the legal and ethical frameworks that direct nursing practice, together with the experiences and expectations of patients, this article aims to clarify the complex dynamics that exist between healthcare team members and their patients.
