Abstract | This research report presents a comprehensive comparative study of democratic systems in India and the United States. Democracies are complex political systems shaped by historical, cultural, and institutional factors. This study aims to analyze and contrast the functioning, structure, strengths, and weaknesses of the democratic frameworks in India and the United States. Through a multi-faceted examination, the research highlights key similarities and differences, as well as challenges and opportunities for democratic governance in both nations. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, drawing upon qualitative analysis of constitutional frameworks, political institutions, electoral processes, and governmental structures in India and the United States. |
