This article delves into creative and effective approaches for integrating health education, sanitation, hygiene and overall well-being into physical education curriculum. Through innovative teaching methods, interactive activities, and experiential learning, educators can empower students to prioritize their health and cultivate lifelong habits for a healthier future. |
