Moreover, it examines strategies to enhance operational efficiency through spatial planning, with a focus on optimizing the synergy between the tourist hub and the adjacent local community. The study also highlights the potential for local communities to thrive by investing in the development of tourism infrastructure, ultimately fostering economic growth and sustainability in these regions.
