Abstract This research paper studies the integration of genomic data with the methodologies of Artificial Intelligence, to create a comprehensive surveillance system that can monitor and track the prevalence of rare diseases. This research study aims to develop effective public health strategies based on data, insights, and valuable inferences from surveillance systems. This paper outlines the methodology, challenges, and potential advantages of using these two cutting edge technologies in curing and managing rare diseases.
