Abstract Two significant variables are expected to drastically alter the course of international
relations in the future: The decline of the West & The emergence of a new global
economy. The opportunities and difficulties reshaping presents will put the
adaptability and durability of the current global structures to the test.
The world economy is evolving. Governments are learning that although economic
interdependence has contributed significantly to global peace, it may also contribute
to the military ascent of your main adversaries or supplying the military rise to the
biggest rival.
