Abstract | The cochlear implant is an invasive surgery which helps individual with hearing impairment overcome the disability. However, it suffers from various disadvantages in the form of complications. one such complication is the displacement of the internal magnet often due to physical trauma. The present case study demonstrates detection of the problem through audiological evaluation and confirmation via radiological study. |
