Abstract | This study discusses about the neck pain which is mainly caused due to prolonged playing hours on computers and PCs, which mainly result in forward head and shoulder postures, often associated with gaming. It tells how poor posture affects muscles, tendons, and overall health. It is commonly known as "gamer's neck." |
