Video Compression using Modified SPIHT with H.264

Abstract This project focuses on video compression. The need of video compression is HD quality with less size for video transmission, video conference and video calling. By using the proposed method, we can achieve better video compression. A workable low-memory solution is needed to make the SPIHT algorithm implementation possible. The sorting and refining phases are condensed into a single scan run in this updated technique
