Author(s) Akansha Tripathi
Country India
Abstract Unquestionably, the development of the internet has changed the way we
interact with one another, do business, and communicate. It has also
ushered in a period of unprecedented ease and connection. But there are
serious drawbacks to this digital revolution as well, especially when it comes
to protecting personal privacy. The right to privacy is seen as a basic
principle and the basis of individual autonomy and independence in India.
However, as we negotiate the intricacies of the digital environment, this right
is coming under tremendous attack.
