Abstract | The COVID-19 epidemic presented significant obstacles for lodging establishments, dining settle down, this article examines the issues these companies are facing. One major issue is that, due to the ongoing uncertainty in the economy, businesses are unsure of how many clients they will have or how much money they will make. Nowadays, people also have distinct preferences; they favour areas that are technologically advanced, hygienic, and safe. However, it is difficult to locate enough personnel, and enterprises must abide by a number of health and safety regulations. Additionally, technology is growing in significance. It facilitates improved business operations and satisfies consumer demands. Additionally, after the ups and downs of the pandemic, businesses must regain the trust of their clients. These companies may survive and grow stronger by being astute, adaptable, and focused on satisfying their clients. |
