Abstract | Online teaching-learning resources were seen as extra e-learning tools that may enhance teachers' and students' teaching-learning experiences when the COVID-19 broke out. The COVID-19 pandemic has, however, made online instruction a vital component of the educational apparatus. To ensure ongoing educational services during COVID-19, the academic community worldwide has embraced an online learning environment. The adoption of the online mode was not without its difficulties, despite the many opportunities it presented. This was because many educational stakeholders were ill-prepared for the complexities of the process, which left them facing many unanticipated obstacles. |
