Abstract | The present study delves into the evolving dynamics of work-life balance among dual-career couples in the context of remote work considering post-Pandemic times. With the advent of remote work options, understanding how this mode of work affects the lives of working women becomes crucial. Through survey research and thematic analysis, this research aims to uncover the challenges, benefits, and coping strategies employed by women as they navigate remote work and its impact on their work-life balance. |
