A Study of the Management of Early Childhood Education in the Nalgonda District of Telangana

Abstract	The management of early childhood education (ECE) in Nalgonda District as part of the Integrated Child Development Scheme (ICDS) in Nalgonda is highlighted in this study. The program was first implemented in 1975. It was launched on a holy day, the birthday of Mahatma Gandhi, the founding father of our country. With its need-based initiatives, the program has gained widespread acceptance across the nation, which is in the best interests of the millions of children who make up the nation's true assets. The investigation looks into several ECE-related issues, including organizational structure, learning environment, health and hygiene, monitoring and supervision systems, and Anganwadi Center infrastructure. The researcher analyses the system's assets and weaknesses and offers recommendations for improved performance.
