Abstract | India is the largest country with different cultures and a large population. A large population includes men, women, and children. Children were considered as the backbone of our country. However, a large number of children were sexually exploited. To deal with such cases Indian Government made a special law namely, the POCSO (Protection of Children sexual assault and sexual harassment. This article mainly discusses the POCSO offences, acts, and the POCSO offences done by juveniles. |
