Abstract | In the field of education ICT is an important aspect of teaching-learning process to provide multi-model communication style that enables learners to access, extend, transform and share learning recourses to pick up lot of information about the content area. Teachers and learners have high expectation in using computers in their classroom because information and communication technology make the learning easier and versatile. This study aims to analyse how teachers are use different ICT based learning approaches in classroom situations and learners are actively involved in this learning environment. Teachers are currently working to integrate ICT in teaching-learning process and it must be expand both procedural and institutional level for better education. Techno-pedagogical knowledge of a teacher is instrumental to integrate ICT as a tool for scaffolding pupils during learning process. Effective implementation of ICT is certainly a powerful means of improving the quality of education in general and in particular area of learning.The NEP 2020 calls for investment in digital infrastructure, development of online platforms and tools, creation of virtual labs and digital repositories, training teachers to become high-quality online content creators, designing and implementing online assessments, establishing standards for content, technology, and pedagogy for online teaching-learning. |
