Abstract | Introduction:Emotional intelligence refers to a collection of skills that help one control and understand their own emotions as well as those of others around them. Aim of the study: the main aim of the study is to Emotional Intelligence between the Government and Private Sector i.e. Municipal Corporation and Cadburys Ltd. Material and method: Within the context of the research design and the procedure for data collection, this chapter provides an overview of the research technique that was used in the respective study. Conclusion: The findings of the research demonstrate that emotional intelligence has a favorable and substantial association with the management of stress, effective work performance, and dedication to the business. |
