Abstract This study introduces an innovative automated timetable generator, employing a genetic algorithm approach, to streamline scheduling processes for educational institutions. The generator automates the task of creating timetables by intelligently allocating classes to appropriate time slots, while accommodating
various constraints and user preferences. Utilizing intuitive interfaces and robust genetic algorithms, the generator offers a user-friendly solution for managing daily activities. The paper highlights the methodology behind the generator's development, emphasizing the integration of genetic algorithms, and highlights its key features. Empirical testing and evaluation confirm the effectiveness and reliability of the generator in producing optimized timetables. The results demonstrate a significant reduction in time and effort required for scheduling tasks, thereby enhancing productivity and user convenience. This study
contributes a practical and efficient solution for timetable generation, with broad applicability in diverse educational and organizational settings.
