Altruism, Social Maturity and Life Satisfaction among Teenagers

Abstract The study examines the relationship between altruism, social maturity and
life satisfaction among teenagers that fall in the age range of 13-15 years
old. Convenience sampling was used and Pearson Correlation was taken
out. The result shows that there is a positive relationship between altruism
and social maturity , social maturity and life satisfaction and altruism and
life satisfaction as well. This means that teenagers who exhibit higher
levels of altruism are also likely to demonstrate greater social maturity and
report higher levels of life satisfaction.
