Clinical Trials: National and International Perspective

Abstract | Due to its expense and unpredictability, outsourcing has gained widespread acceptance in the pharmaceutical industry for the development and global trials of novel medications. Due to its sizable treatment-naive population, human resources, technical skills, adoption/amendment/implementation of rules/laws by regulatory bodies, and shifting economic environment, India would be the most sought-after country for contract pharma research and development. Nonetheless, there are still "miles to go" to meet the requirements to guarantee India's success. India is ambitious and optimistic about luring major pharmaceutical companies to conduct their clinical trials there despite all the obstacles. |
