Abstract | This article proposes to apprehend, according to a socio-legal approach, gender-based cyberviolence in terms of conceptualization in the eyes of sociologists, jurists and UN organizations, and then to describe the way in which digital technology reproduces relations of domination between the sexes by inserting cyberviolence into a continuum of traditional violence. |
