Abstract | —Product Review Sentiment Analysis is a fundamental aspect of contemporary business strategies, utilizing Machine Learning (ML) techniques to glean insights from vast textual datasets. This research centers on the identification of sentiments conveyed in product reviews, typically categorized as positive, negative, or neutral. Employing ML algorithms, including supervised learning classifiers and unsupervised sentiment lexicons, facilitates the automated interpretation of customer feedback on a large scale. |
