This innovative interface provides a user-friendly and efficient way for users to interact with and extract information from PDF documents, potentially revolutionizing how individuals engage with this common file format. Through rigorous design, development, and evaluation processes, we have sought to address the existing limitations in PDF document exploration and contribute valuable insights to the field of conversational interfaces.The chatbot serves as an innovative tool for interacting with PDF files, offering a user-friendly interface to extract information efficiently.The paper outlines the design principles, implementation details, and evaluation results of the GUI PDF chatbot, highlighting its potential impact on user productivity and document accessibility.
