Abstract | This study examines the effectiveness of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in enhancing educational outcomes for students with disabilities through a mixed-methods approach. Results show a 20% improvement in academic performance for students with well-implemented IEPs, highlighting the structured approach of IEPs in addressing individual needs. Challenges such as time constraints and the importance of regular updates were noted, emphasizing the significance of supporting educators and fostering collaboration for maximizing the benefits of IEPs in special education. |
