Abstract | This paper offers a comprehensive review of various treatment modalities for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) among war veterans, with a particular focus on the efficacy of different therapeutic interventions. Drawing upon a thorough literature review, this study examines the effectiveness of Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), exposure therapy, medication, and other approaches in addressing the complex needs of veterans grappling with PTSD symptoms. |
