Abstract | This paper explores the importance of human resources (HR) policies in organizations and their practical implementation. The document discusses the various HR policies that are necessary for the smooth functioning of an organization, such as recruitment, selection, training and development, performance appraisal, compensation, and employee retention. It also highlights the challenges faced by organizations in implementing these policies effectively. The paper concludes that a well-crafted HR policy framework, coupled with practical implementation strategies, can contribute significantly to the success of an organization |
