Abstract When the employees are effectively and positively engaged with organisation they form an emotional connection with company. An engaged employee is aware of business context and works with company, and works with collegues to improve performance within job for organisation. Employee engagement develops positive altitude among the employee towards the organisation. The project also includes study of the worker Engagement policies of the corporate and the way they will be improved or modified so on increase the extent of Employee Engagement within the organization. “More the worker engagement better is that the performance of the organization"
