Abstract This study investigates energy-efficient networking protocols designed to mitigate environmental effect in data centers and mobile networks. It evaluates the energy usage of existing network protocols and suggests alterations aimed at minimizing carbon footprints. The analyzed key protocols are TCP/IP, HTTP/2, and novel mobile protocols. Dynamic resource allocation, green routing, and adaptive load management are identified as efficient methods for reducing power consumption and enhancing energy efficiency in extensive data centers and mobile networks. This project seeks to enhance sustainable networking methods in accordance with global environmental objectives.
Keywords Energy-efficient protocols, sustainable networking, data center sustainability, mobile network optimization, environmental impact.
