Health Awareness and Sports Engagement of Chinese College Students

Abstract	The study is about the predictive role of health awareness on sports engagement. Health awareness was measured in terms of responsibility, and motivation while sports engagement was measured in terms of vigor, dedication, and absorption. Data were gathered through an online survey using adopted tools. The result showed that the respondents know their self-health, responsibility, and motivation but are slightly engaged only in sports. Using multiple linear regression analysis, it was established that health awareness predicts sports engagement significantly.
