Abstract	Good governance is considered an important goal in countries around the world. The Internet revolution has proven to be a powerful medium in the implementation of good governance plans. Due to the Internet, there is a possibility of availability of services everywhere, all the time. Before computerization, we had to stand in the line for reservation of tickets for trains, buses and airports. After computerization, we now get the immediate benefit of these facilities by spending minimum expenses due to the implementation of internet and mobile based system. Similarly, due to payment of telephone bills and electricity bills through internet, common consumers have started getting very helpful facilities.
