A Study on Nutritional Status and Eating Habits among Girls during Menstruation and Educating them through the Educational Tools

Abstract Menstruation is a natural physiological event affecting fertility, characterized by periodic vaginal bleeding. However, many women experience discomfort, including irregular periods, changes in the cycle, and symptoms related to diet and eating habits. A study aimed to compare eating habits and nutritional status during normal days and menstruation, sleep patterns, psychological changes, and behavior. The study also aimed to educate girls about menstruation and recommended foods.
