Abstract Accurate data collection and analysis are crucial in today's competitive industries for the growth and day-to-day operations of businesses. Artificial intelligence facilitates faster and more efficient work completion in the industry. Artificial intelligence is making its way into a number of departments, including marketing, finance, human resources, and production. The objective of the paper is to find out the effectiveness of AI in business decision regarding recruitment, selection and training practices.
