Abstract This study explores the transformative effects of a cashless economy on vendors in Bangalore. Through in-depth interviews and surveys, we uncover how digital transactions have reshaped daily operations, financial security and customer interactions. Our findings highlight the benefits and challenges faced by the vendors the struggle to adapt.The research offers insights into socio- economic shifts driven by technology.
