Project Management Performance in China: A Review

Abstract This study summarizes various aspects of project management performance in China, focusing on four dimensions: project planning skills, project communication skills, project risk management skills, and project monitoring and control skills. Through an in-depth analysis of these core skills, this paper reveals their key role in project management practice in China. Project planning skills ensure the orderly progress of the project, project communication skills promote the efficient transmission of information, project risk management skills help to prevent and control potential risks, and project monitoring and control skills ensure the smooth implementation and goal of the project. The comprehensive application of these dimensions is of great significance for improving the performance of project management in China.
