Self-efficacy of Volleyball Referees in Shanxi, China

Abstract This convergent-parallel mixed method study assessed referee self-efficacy and explored the experiences of volleyball referees in Shanxi, China. In measuring self-efficacy, the study used a standard scale comprising game knowledge, decision-making, pressure, and communication. The quantitative and qualitative findings converged in many areas of referee self-efficacy.
