Role of Online Classes Such as Webinars and Online Video Courses in Knowledge Enhancement

Abstract	Online classes provide flexibility, variety, interactivity, access to resources, and cost-effectiveness benefits compared to traditional classroom learning. This study aims to understand the need for and impact of online classes in Chennai, compare their efficacy between Maharashtra and Tamil Nadu, and suggest improvements for Chennai's online courses. Empirical research was conducted with 212 samples from public areas in and around Chennai. Independent variables included age, gender, education, occupation, and income, while dependent variables focused on the impact, benefits, and effectiveness of online learning. Statistical tools like frequency, correlation, and graphical representations were used. The research concludes that the future of education in India is increasingly digital, with online classes playing a crucial role in knowledge and skill enhancement.
